The state Corporation "Government for Citizens" expands the range of services that allow you to receive public services easily and quickly. This time, the Government has provided for the needs of Kazakhstani business for citizens and launched a service called "Personal Manager". Within the framework of this project, legal entities can receive public services without visiting public service centers, a personal manager will go to their office and do everything himself, giving the organization only the final result.
To receive the services of a personal manager, a state corporation and a legal entity conclude a contract for the provision of services according to the approved price list. To use the service of a personal Manager can representatives of major businesses, banks, construction companies, etc.
"A personal manager is a specialist whose duties include individual customer service, finding the most effective tools, profitable and strategically correct ways to solve the client's problems. It ensures proper time management so that the company spends less time on receiving public services. Also, the introduction of the "Personal Manager" service will reduce the load on the PSC and increase the time spent by employees of the state corporation on servicing individuals, "said Asemgul Baltasheva, Chairman of the Management Board of the state corporation" Government for Citizens".
It is worth noting that this is not the first service that allows citizens to save their time on receiving public services without visiting PSC. Since October of this year, motorists who have re-registered cars online on the egov portal.kz, can order auto-numbered signs and technical certificates with home delivery. To do this, it is enough to specify the necessary data, address of residence and pay for the service. After that, an employee of the state corporation will deliver the license plate and the finished certificate to the specified address.
By the way, next year it is planned to launch home delivery of such documents as passports, identity cards and birth certificates.
