The individual identification number (IIN) of a citizen is associated with the phone number entered in the database. Accordingly, citizens registered in the database can receive public services online through the eGov mobile app and the Telegram bot. You can log in to the eGov portal using a one-time password without an EDS.
In the database of mobile citizens, citizens of Kazakhstan who have received an identity card (older than 16 years) are registered.
