How do I get an EDS remotely, without visiting a PSC?
📌 To do this, you must:
* Have an original valid identity card or a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
* Have a phone with the ability to receive SMS messages;
•Your computer must have a webcam;
* Install the NCALayer software on your PC.
🔖 On the main page of the egov portal.kz click on the "Obtain a digital signature remotely." The system will check the presence of a webcam on the computer. In the pop-up window, click Allow.
✅ To check the registration of your phone number in the Mobile Citizens Database (BMG), specify the IIN. If the verification is successful, enter the SMS code (one-time password) received from the number 1414;
⚠ This is a warning! If you have not previously registered with BMG or have not received a one-time password, the system will offer to register/re-register you and your phone number.
✅ After successful registration in BMG, the system will check the presence of NCALayer software on the computer; ✅ Click the "Go to get EDS" button and the remote identification page will open, where you need to enter the phone number registered in BMG and the SMS code. After entering it, you need to confirm your identity (create a Digital ID) and click " Start»;
✅ You will see a window for adding selfies. Place your face in the center of the screen area and click on the photo icon. After adding a selfie, click "Continue" to complete the video identification;
✅ The video identification window opens, where you need to click "Start". After successful video identification, you need to set a PIN code for further access to your account and click the "Set PIN code" button.»;
✅ Add an identity document by taking a photo of the document, or upload a file and log in to your personal account with a password;
✅ Add an email address to the electronic version of the request and select a place to store the key, then send a request indicating its location;
✅ Next, specify the path to the key storage for saving the digital signature (select a folder) and click " Open»;
✅ Create and enter a password for the digital signature and click "Download certificates".
