Today we will tell you how to use the state service for providing wheelchairs for disabled people. There are two ways to do this:
🔑 Registration via PSC:
📌 Book your visit in the discount window at the PSC and arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time;
📌 Take the following documents with you:
📎 ID card;
📎 For participants and invalids of GPW and persons equated to them – the certificate confirming the status of the participant and invalids of the great Patriotic war and persons equated to them;
📎 A copy of an extract from the individual rehabilitation program;
📎 If a person is incapacitated, then an official representative or representative by proxy applies to the PSC.
🔑 Registration at home:
Leave a request for registration of services at home through a single contact center 1414. After submitting your application, the PSC operator will contact you for more information.
⏰ Service delivery period:
10 business days, not counting the day of submission of documents.
📑 Result of the service:
as soon as you receive an SMS message about readiness, you need to pick up the ready-made decision to issue a stroller.
