So, you can get repeated certificates or certificates of civil registration in the "Family" section on the portal egov.kz.
⏰ the service delivery period is:
1 business day - for information in electronic format when registering a civil status act on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3 working days – for repeated certificates and certificates when registering a civil status act on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
If the act record is not available in the information system, the term is extended for no more than 15 calendar days with the corresponding notification.
💳 The cost of the service is:
🖇 1 MCI for repeated certificates of civil registration;
🖇 Of 0.3 MCI for registration certificates of acts of civil status;
🖇 0.5 MCI in the case of requesting civil registration certificates from the CIS countries;
🖇 1 MCI in the case of requesting civil registration certificates from foreign countries, with the exception of the CIS countries.

To apply through the PSC should have:

✔ This is for help about children additionally attached a copy of the certificate on divorce (marriage) or death certificate of spouse (wife), if the applicant was married (marriage) outside of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
🔴 It is important to know that repeated certificates of civil registration, in addition to death certificates, are issued to persons in respect of whom the relevant act record is made, as well as to a person under a notarized power of attorney.
