The center for children and youth tourism of Akzhaik district in the 2018-2019 academic year is working according to the plan. The main direction-education of students, teenagers and children through circles on tourism, ecology and local history of a healthy lifestyle, strengthening their health, nature protection of their native land, the study of history. formation of patriotism through the love of their native land.rational organization of leisure, creating conditions for research activities, their desires, opportunities and interests. To this end, today the number of teachers of additional education is 74, and there are 26 schools in the district (23 in secondary schools, 3 in primary schools). According to the plan, we are working in 4 areas.
1. tourism circles;
2. mugs of ecology;
3. local history clubs;
4. summer vacation of students.
In the district, 2,400 students are enrolled in clubs, 43.3% of the total number of district students, and 480 (7.3%) in the UWP. Of these, there are 1,000 students in tourism circles, 530 in ecology circles, and 870 in local history and Museum circles.
The library contains 100 copies of literary books and textbooks, Newspapers and magazines.
The total number of teachers in the field of additional education in the district is 74 (14 of them are teachers from TVET, the rest are teachers of schools in the district), with higher education-74 (93.5%), with secondary vocational education-10 (6.5%).
In total, there are 14 teachers in the PGC , 11 of them with higher education (93%). In the 2017-2018 school year for all schools 3 teacher was upgraded to the SECOND category in the field of education, 2 teachers were upgraded in the sphere of additional education in the first category.
More than 20 online classes on tourism, ecology and local history were held. 7 regional online competitions were held. Participated in 13 regional online contests and competitions, students of the circle won prizes.
In the centre of the methodical study. Methodologists work closely with teachers and students, conduct hikes, competitions, training camps, tourist competitions, and Olympiads. This year, we proposed to extend the work of local history teachers in the district. Students participate in international, national, tourist and environmental competitions, tourist and local history trips, competitions and festivals, and achieve great success.This academic year, without taking into account district competitions, active participation in 18 regional, 5 national and 3 international competitions took prizes.
