For social benefits:
The Department assigns and pays the following types of social assistance to low-income citizens (families): targeted social assistance, housing assistance.
As of September 1 this year, the TSA was assigned to 188 families, including 1,021 people, in the amount of 47.6 million tenge. 203 children aged 1 to 6 years from families receiving TSA were granted guaranteed social packages (GSP) in the amount of 11.7 million tenge.
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on housing relations", low-income families receive housing assistance. The procedure and amount of housing assistance is determined by local representative bodies.
As of September 1, 2020, housing assistance was provided to 29 families in the amount of 1.0 million tenge.
Along with special state benefits, additional types of social assistance are provided from the Republican budget for disabled people and participants of the second world war and persons equated to them based on the capabilities of the local budget by decisions of local Executive bodies.
The main ones are: one-time social assistance for holidays and memorable dates and monthly social assistance to pay for utilities.
The amount of one-time social assistance paid from the local (MB) budget is:
- participants of the second world war -1.0 million tenge (1 person);
- persons who took part in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster in 1986-1987, other radiation disasters and accidents at civil or military facilities, as well as those who participated directly in nuclear tests and exercises – 30 thousand tenge (participants of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant-8, participants -23;
- disabled military service in Afghanistan-50.0 thousand tenge (22 people);
widows of those killed in the second world war, not entered repeated marriage, and wives of deceased disabled of the great Patriotic war - 30.0 thousand tenge (9 people);
- persons who worked in the rear during the second world war - 30.0 thousand tenge (awarded-3, non-awarded-338 people);
- families of military personnel who died during military service in peacetime – 20.0 thousand tenge (17 people);
For the purpose of social support of participants of the second world war and persons equated to them, utilities are paid monthly and social assistance is provided in the amount of 5 monthly calculation indices (MCI). For other categories, equal to them by 2 MCI monthly.
Terytoriach with disabilities residing in the areas adjacent to the nuclear test polygon "Kapustin Yar" and "Azgir" ezhemesyachno paid a social allowance to disabled persons of I group (40 people), disabled since childhood (109 people), and disabled children up to 18 years (44 patients) in the amount of 2 MCI, the disabled of the II group (91 persons) $ 1.5 MCI, invalids of III group(142 people) the amount of 1 MCI. The total amount of benefits paid is 13.9 million tenge
Social protection of disabled people.
In the district, the number of persons with disabilities is 1,398, of which 149 are disabled children under 18 years of age.
• In 2020, according to the individual rehabilitation program for the disabled, 85 persons with disabilities are provided with technical auxiliary (compensatory) means and special means of transportation in the amount of 19.2 million tenge. As of September 1, 2020, 6 people are provided with tiflo-sign language AIDS, 12 disabled people are provided with wheelchairs, 4 prosthetic and orthopedic products. 4 persons with disabilities received prosthetic and orthopedic equipment.
• As of September 1, 2020, 26 disabled people are covered by various employment measures within the framework of the productive employment and mass entrepreneurship Program for 2017-2021 "Enbek". 1 person was employed for a permanent job, 2 for social jobs, 2 were sent to youth practice, 22 disabled people for paid public works, and 4 disabled people received gratuitous grants for the development of business activities.
* 128 objects of social and transport infrastructure were certified in the district. Of the certified objects that are subject to adaptation, 128 objects have been adapted. Invataxi works as part of a social order. To date, 19 people have been provided with Invataxi services.

* Provision of special social services.

As part of the provision of special social services, 176 people, including 49 people under the age of 18 with a psychochronic disorder , 11 people under the age of 18 with a psychochronic disorder, 14 children with musculoskeletal disorders, disabled people living alone and the elderly, 102 people are provided with social assistance at home.

Population employment
Within the framework of the State program of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek»
291.1 million tenge is provided for the implementation of the Program in the district. As of September 1, 2020, 164.1 million tenge or 100.0% of the funds allocated under the financing plan were disbursed.
As of September 1, 2020, 1,862 people applied to the employment authorities, of which 1,760 were covered by employment measures.
The program employed 533 people (including 372 permanent jobs).
In the 1st direction of the program "Providing Participants with technical, professional education and short-term professional training", 25 people were sent to study within the framework of training personnel with technical and professional education.
Within the framework of short-term professional training in professions in demand on the labor market, it is planned to train 30 people. 42 people were sent.
In the 2nd direction "development of mass entrepreneurship", it is planned to allocate micro-loans to 117 participants of the Program, 446.4 million tenge is provided for these purposes. As of September 1, 2020, 55 loans were issued in the amount of 245.6 million tenge.
It is planned to issue 93 grants for the provision of state grants for the implementation of new business ideas. 87 people received the grant.
In addition, the project "Bastau-Business" is planned to train 61 people in the basics of entrepreneurship. 88 people were trained.
Within the framework of the 3rd direction "development of the labor market through employment promotion and labor mobility", it is planned to cover 2482 people with employment measures, 1780 people are covered, or 71.7%.
- 88 people are planned for social jobs, 116 people are sent (131.8%).
- 198 young specialists are planned for youth practice, 134 people are sent (67.6%).
- It is planned to send 700 people to paid public works, 709 people were sent (101.3%).
The creation of new jobs. For the district, the plan for 2020 is 1,386 new jobs. For the current period, 1,258 jobs have been created, including 266 permanent jobs.
As of September 01 of this year, the unemployment rate is 6.7%, the youth unemployment rate for 15-28 years is 30.5%, and the female unemployment rate is 4.0%.
Implementation of projects under the employment Roadmap
As part of the employment Roadmap, it is planned to implement 8 infrastructure projects. These projects are planned to create 318 jobs, of which 161 people were sent through the employment Center.
