Within the framework of the Memorandum, the akimat of the West Kazakhstan region, represented by the akim of the region G. N. Iskaliev, and between the akims of the districts on achieving the targets for attracting investment.

By volume of investment in fixed assets:

According to the Memorandum, the volume of investments in fixed assets should amount to 4.8 billion tenge in 2020. As of August 1, 2020, investments in fixed assets amounted to 2150.8 million tenge (44%). Including 786.1 million tenge budget funds (including 335.2 million from the Republican budget and 450.8 million from the local budget), 1316.4 million tenge own funds (private investment).

Out of 1316.4 million tenge of private investments, 255,624 thousand tenge were investments in fixed assets in agriculture, 966.8 million tenge were investments in construction and installation works, and the remaining 94.0 million tenge were other sources of investment.

In order to support and support the implementation of projects on land plots allocated at auctions or competitions until they are fully implemented, a special working group on business development and investment attraction was established in our district. As a result of this work, 15 projects worth 1 billion 918 million tenge were supported in 2020.

In particular, in 2020 in Aksuat rural district will open the Mare and feedlot for 300 million tenge, in the village of Chapaev - a complex on manufacture of mixed fodders for 200 million tenge in the village Colournote Bodaninskomu rural district – plant for production of dairy product worth 150 million tenge, in the village of Chapaev. 100 million tenge trading house, 70 million tenge asphalt plant in Chapaev village, 120 million tenge shopping center in Chapaev village, 25 million tenge public bath in Chapaev village, 400 million tenge auto camping in Shabdarshap village, 8 million tenge bottled water treatment plant in Chapaev village, 35 million tenge Zhuban center in Chapaev village, 60 million tenge supermarket in Chapaev village, 30 million tenge greenhouse in Chapaev village, nursery for growing coniferous trees in Aksuat rural district worth 10 million tenge. Greenhouse in the village of Uralsky worth 10 million tenge. Workshop for production of concrete block, all 15 projects.
