State Public Enterprise "House of Creativity" of the education department of the Beskaragay district of the education department of the Abay region for 2023

 

     We present to your attention an open report on the activities of the state municipal government enterprise "House of Creativity" of the education department of the Beskaragay district of the education department of the Abay region for 2023. The report includes the main areas of work, the number and popularity of creative associations, the qualitative and quantitative composition of teachers, and describes the achievements and results of activities for 2023. The House of Creativity is an out-of-school institution working in the field of additional education in the Beskaragai region. The participation of pupils in the activities of the institution is voluntary, based on the personal interests and individual capabilities of each child on a free basis.

         Additional educational services are provided in the following main areas:

-artistic and aesthetic (12 Dombra clubs - 345 children;

   1 theater group 13 children;)

- decorative and applied arts (8 arts and crafts clubs - 159 children);

- technical (3 “Robotics” clubs for 50 children);

- board games (1 “Chess” club for 28 children);

- language (1 “Entertaining English” club for 30 children);

    The work of clubs is organized and carried out in the subject rooms of the school, strictly in accordance with the established and approved schedule. The schedule is drawn up on the basis of the tariff sheet and lesson schedule, taking into account sanitary and hygienic standards.

      Most clubs are popular with students. The main distinguishing feature of the classes is the mood for work, for a specific result, for learning new things and gaining new knowledge, and not just for communication. At the beginning of classes, all teachers set certain learning goals, and at the end of classes they summarize. Clubs are also popular with students because they already have concrete work results. Some clubs operate at school for a long time.

      The leaders of the circles have a calendar and thematic planning of the classes of the circles, agreed upon with the methodologist and approved by the leader, and logs of class attendance are kept.

    At the end of 2023, students of the State Public Enterprise “House of Creativity” of the education department of the Beskaragai district of the Abay region showed the following results:

1. Diploma: Tleukenov Alem was awarded for 1st place in the regional distance stage of the republican competition-exhibition of artistic and decorative arts "Altyn Kazyna". Head Pratsyuk M.V.
2. Diploma: Aspaniyar Karina was awarded for 2nd place in the regional distance stage of the republican competition-exhibition of artistic and decorative arts "Altyn Kazyna". Head Kabzoldina I.N.
3. Certificate: Zhumabaeva Kamila confirmed participation in the regional remote stage of the republican competition-exhibition of artistic and decorative arts “Altyn Kazyna”. Head Malekbaeva Zh. B.
4. Certificate: in the regional remote stage of the republican competition-exhibition of artistic and decorative arts “Altyn Kazyna” Erulatov Ulan confirmed his participation. Head Saparova A.T.

7. Diploma: in the “Asyq Atu” category, Saparbekov Adlet and Kazrap Madiyar were awarded, who took 1st place in the qualifying stage of “KazRoboSport-2023” in the Abay region. Head R. O. Zhunusov.
8. 1st degree diploma: winner of the 2nd regional competition named after Nurila Azilkhanova “Dombras Ensemble”. Head Kozhakova R.B.

11.1st place in the chess tournament “Jas Sarbaz Chess Cup” was awarded to Mukhamedieva Dilnaz.

12. Nurlybekov Alinur was awarded for 2nd place in the chess tournament “Jas Sarbaz Chess Cup”.
13. At the regional qualifying stage of the republican competition “Magic Paints”, 7 students took 1st prizes.
14. In regional competitions “Asyl Kazyna”, “Astana Kuni”, “Flowers for Mother”, “Nauryz Meiramy”, “Children against Corruption”, “Fire Safety”, “Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “New Year’s Surprise”, students took 50 prize places.
