A roundtable discussion on the topic “The Role of Citizens in Ensuring Public Safety” was held in Zhideli village.
The event was attended by the Akim of the Zhideli Rural District, Almat Meirkhanovich Turlybekov, and local police inspector Abil Abylai.
During the meeting, participants discussed issues related to public safety, crime prevention, fostering a culture of legal compliance among citizens, protection against internet fraud, and youth education.
In addition, residents were informed about the importance of active participation and personal responsibility in maintaining public order. Participants shared their views and put forward suggestions aimed at strengthening safety and peace within the village.
Public safety is a shared responsibility. Only through joint efforts and a sense of responsibility can a safe and stable society be built.

Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Almaty region (hereinafter - the Department) revealed the refusal to register vehicles of a resident of the city of Kunaev due to the lack of VIN codes of vehicles in the database of the Unified Information System. During the inspection, it was established that the Administrative Police Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Almaty region requires the conclusion of a forensic expert on the vehicle identification number. However, in order to make changes to the database of the unified information system in accordance with the "rules of state registration and accounting of certain types of vehicles by vehicle identification number" approved by Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 2, 2014 No. 862, the conclusion of a forensic expert is not required. In this regard, the transport VIN codes were adjusted and implemented in the database of the unified information system. Thus, the rights of the service recipient were restored.
