Culture

In the village of Birlik 1, the House of Culture serves the population. In their activities, 
they are aimed at holding cultural events: concerts and performances, festivals and 
competitions, presentations, creative meetings, exhibitions, celebrations, courtyard holidays. 
In the House of Culture, a circle for learning to play the dombra has been opened and there 
is an ensemble "Azheler".
