The grand opening of a new sports complex took place in the village of Bakbakty, Balkhash district. The villagers gathered to share the joy of the significant event. The ceremony was also attended by akim of the region Marat Sultangaziev, who congratulated the villagers on the opening of a new sports facility, the press service of Akim of Almaty region reports.
The new facility was built with the personal funds of caring patrons who support the development of the village. The total area of the building is 1007.05 square meters. The complex includes a multi-purpose playground for football, basketball and volleyball, a wrestling hall for martial arts, as well as technical facilities. In addition, there is a modern outdoor training area. The sports complex is capable of hosting about 250 athletes.
Marat Sultangaziev noted that the new facility will open up additional opportunities for young people and will allow them to educate future champions who glorify the country.

This format is gradually gaining popularity - in the first three months of 2026, 426 deliveries were made using it, the Government for Citizens State Corporation reported.
You can use the service when making an application. After the documents are ready, they are delivered to the specified address. This is especially convenient for those who want to save time or do not have the opportunity to come to the service center in person.
They offer to arrange delivery immediately upon application. It is enough to specify the address and pay for the service, after which it remains to wait for the document to be ready. After the document is ready, the courier contacts the recipient and, as a rule, delivers it on the same day to the specified address. Upon delivery, identification is carried out using an identity card and a confirmation code.
Courier delivery covers 15 government services. These include such sought-after documents as repeated birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates, archival certificates, duplicates of educational documents, as well as apostille registration and restoration of civil status records.
The cost of the service depends on the region: in Almaty, Astana and Shymkent, delivery is 2061 tenge, in other regions - 1036 tenge.
At the same time, the entire process remains under control: you can track the delivery status in the PSC mobile application. This allows you to understand at what stage the document is located, without calls and additional requests.
The service was launched in 2024 and aims to make obtaining documents more convenient for citizens, save them time and reduce the need for unnecessary visits to the PSC.
New land rental and sale services are available through the EGCN
Since January 2026, three land relations services have been automated in Kazakhstan. According to the Government for Citizens State Corporation, it is now possible to change the purpose of land online, extend its lease term and purchase a plot of land.

Automation of services is carried out as part of the development of the Unified State Cadastre of Real Estate information system and reflects the general course towards digitalization of public services. In the context of the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, the State Corporation is gradually converting public services to an online format, including in the field of land relations, making it easier for citizens and businesses to receive them.
Mobile PSC: how many services Kazakhstanis receive through the app
Public services in Kazakhstan continue to go digital. Today, there are 1,448 public services in the registry, of which 1,278 are available online. One of these digital channels is the PSC mobile application, which implements 18 services, including 79 types of video call services, according to the Government for Citizens State Corporation.

One of the most in-demand services remains the receipt of a digital coupon. Since the launch of the service, over 3.5 million e-coupons have been issued, which has made it possible to increase the efficiency of the centers and simplify the planning of visits.
The application also supports remote service formats. Users can track the delivery of documents online, as well as use the Video Service, which allows them to get advice or arrange a service via video call with a specialist without visiting the department.
Some of the transport procedures have also been digitized. The application provides registration of a car purchase and sale agreement, checking the car's history, ordering state license plates and taking exams to obtain a driver's license.
According to the State Corporation, the PSC mobile application has become one of the key tools for online interaction with the public, and, as part of the year of digitalization and artificial intelligence, it will reflect the company's further course on digitalization of processes and automation of public services, providing a more convenient and accessible format.
