In the village of Bakbakty, one House of Culture serves the population. In their activities, they are aimed at holding cultural events: concerts and performances, festivals and competitions, presentations, creative meetings, exhibitions, celebrations, courtyard holidays. In the House of Culture, a circle for learning to play the dombra has been opened and there is an ensemble "Azheler".
The activity of the House of Culture is to organize activities aimed at modernizing, preserving, developing and disseminating the culture of the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organizing patriotic and aesthetic education of citizens by familiarizing them with national and world cultural values, supporting talented individuals, creating conditions for learning and developing languages.
