25 people have been selected for regional personnel reserve of Atyrau region

Those enrolled in the reserve can occupy vacant positions in local executive bodies.

The selection was carried out by the territorial department together with the regional akimat. About 600 people submitted documents to participate in it in the region.

The personnel commission selected candidates in industry areas: industry and industry, social, agro-industrial complex and land relations, economics and finance, housing and communal services and infrastructure, digitalization. Residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan under 35 years old, with higher education and work experience of at least 3 years took part in it.

Of those who submitted documents, 479 people were accepted and sent to the testing stage. Of these, 204 applicants received a positive result and were sent to the stage of assessing personal qualities. Then, 51 candidates were sent to the competency assessment stage, 38 applicants to the "structured interview" stage. In accordance with the requirements, the commission selected 25 people for the regional personnel reserve and summed up the results of the competition.

Reservists can take up vacant positions in the civil service for two years.
