Kairat Nurtayev introduced new akim of the Isatay district

Today, Acting Akim of the region Kairat Nurtayev introduced to the akim of the Isatay district the new akim Nurym Mussin, elected following the results of direct elections of district akims on November 5 of this year.

The Chairman of the district election commission, Kabule Gubashev, announced the election results and presented the corresponding certificate to the newly appointed akim of the district.

Nurym Mussin was born in the Isatay district. He graduated from the Kh. Dosmukhamedov ASU, majoring in economist-financier.

2009-2011 – Assistant to the akim of the Isatay district;

2011-2015 – Head of the Office of the Akim of the Isatay district;

2015-2016 – Consultant of the Isatay district branch of the Nur Otan party;

2016-2018 – Manager-Consultant of the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Atyrau region in the Isatay district;

2018-2022 – Director of the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Atyrau region in the Isatay district;

September 2022 - April 2023 – Executive Secretary, Chairman of the Isatay district branch of the AMANAT party;

from April 2023 until his current appointment, he served as Chairman of the Maslikhat of the Isatay district.

Along with this, Kairat Nurtayev expressed gratitude for the fruitful work of Polymbet Khassanov, who over the three years of work in the district made a significant contribution to its socio-economic development.
