Akim of Atyrau region Serik Shapkenov paid a working visit to the Tasshagyl rural district of the Kyzylkoga district. The head of the region got acquainted with the construction of the House of Culture for 300 places in the village of Tasshagyl, the Press Service of the akim of the region reports.

“Construction of the house of culture is planned to be completed before the end of this year. According to experts, there is still a lot of work to be done. In case of untimely fulfillment of obligations, the contract with the contractor must be terminated. It is important to implement such projects for organizations that are ready to do it on time and with high quality. I gave instructions to the regional construction department. From tomorrow, a thorough analysis will be carried out. Construction must be completed on time. I will take this issue under my direct control,” Serik Shapkenov said.

The head of the region also visited the Tasshagyl medical outpatient clinic. Commissioned in 1985, the two-storey building was extensively renovated in 2006. Institution with a total area of ​​692.4 sq. m with an empty upper floor today needs reconstruction. Design and estimate documentation has been developed for the overhaul, which has already passed the state examination.

Later, Serik Shapkenov met with residents of the Tasshagyl rural district, after which he held a reception of citizens on personal matters.

Akim of the region made a report on the ongoing work. The most important social issues were raised at the meeting.

“We must ensure order and transparency in our work. All promises made to the population must be kept. We are obliged to find solutions, because it is important that relations between the authorities and the people be built on a trusting basis. Before coming here, I got acquainted with the work of a medical outpatient clinic. I think that a medical outpatient clinic should be built here according to a new standard project. A corresponding instruction was given to the regional construction department. The construction of a medical outpatient clinic according to a standard project is planned to begin next year. And the empty building will be reconstructed and used as a children's educational center for the effective pastime of children,” the akim of the region said.

1,856 people live in the Tasshagyl rural district. There is one secondary school, one kindergarten, one outpatient clinic, one medical center, a cultural center, one police station and 26 farms.
