Best rural akim of Atyrau region determined

This was reported by Abylaikhan Nauryzbaev, Acting Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Atyrau region, the Regional Communications Service reports.

On August 15 this year, the first stage of the republican competition "The Best Rural Akim" took place, namely the meeting of the Selection Board of the regional level. As a result, among the akims of rural districts, Roza Kamzayeva, Akim of the Safon rural district of the Kurmangazy district, became the winner of the regional competition. The purpose of this competition is to identify and encourage the best rural akims who have achieved high practical results in their work, making a significant contribution to the development of rural settlements.

“Before conducting an interview with candidates participating in the competition, the results of a sociological survey conducted among residents of settlements are analyzed on the compliance of akims of rural districts with ethical requirements in order to understand how satisfied the residents of the district are with the work of their akim. Also, each applicant was given special points - according to work experience in this field, education, knowledge of languages, aspiration for professional growth, awards, honorary titles, the level of professional development in the field of public service or management, practical activities, socio-economic indicators and other requirements,” A. Nauryzbayev said.

In addition, during the meeting of the regional board, the design work and activities of the applicants who took part in the competition, aimed at the development of the rural district within the framework of the "Hearing State" concept, were evaluated.

It should be noted that R. Kamzayeva will represent the Atyrau region at the republican stage by the decision of the Selection Board.
