K. Uskenbayev met with residents of the Isatay and Kurmangazy districts of the Atyrau region

The Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development is on a working trip to Atyrau region. During the visit, the head of the MIID went by car from Oral to Atyrau to check the work on the reconstruction of highways of national importance in the western regions of the country.

During the trip, K. Uskenbayev checked a number of construction sites and held meetings with representatives of contracting companies involved in the construction and reconstruction of roads, including the Atyrau-Astrakhan transport artery.

In addition, the Minister met again with residents of remote rural settlements to discuss the current problems of the region and the progress of road works, as well as listen to the opinions of the local population.

"As you remember, last time I promised that we would come to the Atyrau region once a month and a half to check the quality and timing of the work. Last time we came from Atyrau, this time we came through Oral. Roads are also being repaired between regional centers, so it was necessary to check. The country's leadership keeps the situation with roads in your region under special control, so we will continue to inspect the progress of construction work on an ongoing basis," Kairbek Uskenbayev said during a meeting with residents of the village. In a conversation with the minister, people said that after the last visit of the head of the MIID, there was movement at construction sites, the builders brought road equipment and started work.
