This was reported by the akim of the Isatay district Marat Murziyev at the last online briefing in the Regional Communications Service, the Communications Service of Atyrau region reports.
"This year, within the framework of the project "With a diploma in the village", 3 specialists of the social sphere and the agro-industrial complex were given budget loans. In addition, a one-time lifting allowance was paid to 14 specialists," Marat Murziev said.

In addition, this year 21 young specialists arrived in the Isatay district. Five of them are civil servants, three are doctors with higher education. And 13 young professionals are educators.
