The number of children attending tennis center for free has increased

The number of children attending free sections in the tennis center of the city of Atyrau has reached 200. Previously, there were 110 such children, now, due to the reduction in the time of paid classes, another 90 children have joined them, the Regional Communications Service reports.
This opportunity was implemented on the basis of an agreement concluded between the Atyrau regional branch of the republican public association "Tennis Federation of Kazakhstan" and the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the region. Let us remind you that since 2020, the center has been transferred to trust management for a period of 10 years.
“Today, our coaching staff includes specialists with international experience, which gives a powerful impetus to the professional development of children's technique and tactics. The center has groups divided by age. Training is held both free and on a paid basis. Seven professional coaches are involved in the educational process, including two specialists invited from Belarus and Uzbekistan, as well as one instructor,” the center's coach Bibihanym Kalidullakyzy said.
The center's instructor Damir Ualiden noted that free classes are a great opportunity for children from large and socially vulnerable families.
“I first came to the tennis center in 2019. Since then, I have been training regularly for six years. I was a member of the regional team, participated in international and national tournaments. Now I work as an instructor and share my experience with the younger generation. Increasing the number of children attending free sections is the right step. The main thing for us is to awaken the interest of children and support their development in tennis,” the instructor noted.
The center will continue to develop children's and youth sports in the future.
