In general, all work on the regulation of existing problems in the field of labor relations is carried out by the regional commission for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations.
As of June 15, 2021, 24 regional commissions for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations were held, of which 7 regional commissions considered 16 topical issues, 35 enterprises were heard.
In particular, 14 heads of enterprises were heard (KMG Neighbors Drilling Company LLP, Bolat Zhol LLP, Munai Kolik LLP, Kaztekhmunaiservice LLP, KazmunaigasBureniye LLP, Atyrau Building LLP, GATE Inshat branch, Kazpromstavba LLP, Fircroft Engineering LLP, Embamunaiavtomatika LLP, Atyrau City Akim Administration Office, Teplo Electro Central JSC, KSK MM-19, Atyrau Lift LLP) the state of labor relations in the region (map of labor conflicts, wage arrears, on safety and labor protection at work, on accidents, on compliance with migration and labor laws of organizations that attract foreign labor), employment of laid-off workers and expected reductions in enterprises, in connection with a decrease in the volume of work, as well as on the work done by trade unions and on plans and obligations for the current year, on the release hiring workers in 2021-2023 from the Future Growth Project Tengizchevroil LLP - Well Pressure Management Project, on the signing of the Regional Agreement for 2021-2023 between the Akimat of Atyrau Region, the Territorial Association of Trade Unions of the Regional Association of Trade Unions of Atyrau, Aty holding meetings of the Commission of Atyrau and districts and organizing competitions "Yenbek Zholy" and "Paryz", as well as hearing 21 heads of enterprises (LLP "Atyrauneftemash", LLP "Atyrau Oil Refinery", a branch of "China National Chemical Engineering CO, LTD" - 2 times, Gold Sanray LLP, Gruppo RF Kazakhstan LLP, Kaztekhmunaiservice LLP, Kazmunaigas drilling LLP, Embamuna Velygas JSC, Munai Kolik LLP -2 times, Optimal Service LLP Velesstroy, Urpak-A LLP, Fircroft Engineering Services Limited Kazakhs LLP tan", Atyrau branch of JSC "NGSK KazStroyService", LLP "International Safety Standard", IP "Mama i Malysh", MSOPE "Atyrau Regional Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS", LLP "Alliance B-Komertz", Atyrau Regional Branch of JSC Kazpost) to prevent labor disputes between labor collectives on a weekly basis (on wage arrears, wage increases, layoffs).
Based on the results of the commission’s meeting, employers were instructed to take measures to prevent violations of labor laws, as well as to strengthen internal control on labor safety and protection, improve working conditions at the workplace, pay off wage arrears of employees, in order to prevent accidents at work, monitor ensuring safety and labor protection.
