In accordance with articles 27, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts" in order to bring in accordance with the Law of the Republic Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 “On Informatization” The Office of the Akim of the Atyrau region developed a draft resolution of the Akimat of Atyrau region “On recognizing as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of Atyrau region dated October 18, 2016 No. 232 “On approval of the list of open data posted on the Internet portal of open data in Atyrau region" and posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts.
