On the organization and conduct of pre-election television
debates at the next elections of deputies of maslikhats
of Atyrau region, scheduled for January 10, 2021
In accordance with subparagraph 2) paragraph 3 of Article 27 and paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2018 No. 12/198 "On approval of the Rules and Conditions for pre-election debates" Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To conduct pre-election television debates of political parties appointed for December 25, 2020, on the air of the Atyrau regional branch of RTRK Kazakhstan JSC.
2. To agree on the Regulations for conducting pre-election television debates at the next elections of deputies of maslikhats of Atyrau region, scheduled for January 10, 2021, in accordance with Appendix 1 to this resolution.
3. To approve the List of participants in pre-election television debates at the next elections of deputies of maslikhats of Atyrau region, scheduled for January 10, 2021, in accordance with Appendix 2 to this resolution.
4. To conclude an agreement with the Atyrau regional branch of RTRK Kazakhstan JSC to conduct pre-election television debates.
5. To ring this resolution to the attention of the political parties that have nominated party lists at the next elections of deputies of maslikhats of the Atyrau region.
6. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to K.B. Nurzhigitova, a member of the Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission.
