On holding pre-election television debates at the next elections of
deputies of maslikhats of Atyrau region, scheduled
for January 10, 2021
In accordance with subparagraph 2) paragraph 3 of Article 27 and paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2018 No. 12/198 "On approval of the Rules and Conditions for pre-election debates" Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To conduct on December 25, 2020, pre-election television debates of political parties that nominated party lists for the elections of deputies of maslikhats of Atyrau region.
2. To bring this resolution to the attention of the political parties that have nominated party lists for the elections of deputies of maslikhats of the Atyrau region.
3. Political parties that have nominated party lists for the elections of deputies to maslikhats of Atyrau oblast shall determine candidates for participation in pre-election debates.
4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to K.B. Nurzhigitova, a member of the Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission.
