On the suspension of the duties of a member
of the Atyrau Regional Territorial
Election Commission

In accordance with Article 14, paragraph 12 of Article 20, paragraph 1 of Article 104 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of the protocol of the Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission dated November 26, 2020 "On registration of the party list Atyrau regional branch of the public association "Nur Otan Party" of candidates for deputies of the Atyrau regional maslikhat "Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To suspend the performance of the duties of a member of the Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission Salamat Nurmukhanovich Idrisov as a member of the election commission in connection with his registration as a candidate for deputies of the regional maslikhat.
2. Instead of S.N. Idrisov to ask the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to appoint a new member of the election commission.
3. To send this resolution to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Atyrau regional maslikhat.
