On November 21, 2020, in accordance with Articles 103 and 104 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", documents were submitted to the Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission from the Atyrau branch of the political party "Nur Otan" on the nomination of candidates for the election of deputies of the regional maslikhat:
1. Extract from the protocol of the supreme body of the political party on the nomination of the party list;
2. A document of a representative of a political party, confirming its authority;
3. Party list in electronic and paper form;
4. Statement of the citizen about his/her consent to be included in the party list;
5. Curriculum vitae of each candidate on the party list;
6. Copies of ID cards of each candidate included in the party list;
7. Documents confirming membership in a political party, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the political party.
8. A copy of the document on the registration of a political party with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9. A document confirming that a political party has made an electoral contribution to the account of a local executive body.
10. Certificates of the state revenue authority on the submission of income and property declarations by the candidate and his (her) spouse.
The Regional Territorial Election Commission establishes the compliance of candidates for deputies of the Atyrau regional maslikhat, included in the party lists, with the requirements imposed on them by the Constitution and the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", based on requests to the relevant bodies.
According to the calendar plan for the elections of deputies of the Atyrau regional maslikhat, the nomination of party lists is carried out by political parties from November 10 to December 4 of this year. (until 6 p.m.). Registration of party lists began on November 10 and will end at 6 p.m. on December 10 this year.
