On November 4, 2020, the Atyrau Regional Territorial Commission held a training seminar on the organization of work in the subsystem "Distance learning and testing of members of election commissions" (hereinafter - DLT) in the videoconference mode.
During the seminars, stage-by-stage schedules for DLT, registration procedures, user authorization and account moderation were discussed. The members of the territorial election commissions were given detailed explanations about the specifics of the content and technical support of pillboxes.
