2. According to paragraph 21, article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) due to the lack of receipt of applications for lots 6, 9, 35, 37, 43, declare the competition invalid;
2) due to the admission of less than two participants and discrepancy according to the rules of competitive applications for lots No. 2, 3, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 30, 38, 39, 40, 42, 48, 49, declare the competition invalid ;
3. For the aforementioned (failed) lots, conduct a repeated tender for granting the right to temporary land use (lease) for running a peasant economy, agricultural production, in the manner and terms stipulated by the Land Code.
