Registration of competitive bids is carried out at the following address: Atyrau region, Zhylyoy district, Kulsary city, Zh. Izturganov street No. 7 (Department of Land Relations), Zhylyoy district.
To register as a participant in the competition, you must provide an identity document and a competition application.
Acceptance of registration of applications for participation in the competition is accepted from October 22, 2020 (15 working days) to November 11, 2020. The final deadline for submitting competitive applications is 18-30 hours on November 11, 2020.

If the points of two or more competitive bids are equal, the winner of the tender is determined by the participant who confirms the volume of attracted investments with a bank guarantee or a positive decision of the credit committee of a financial institution.
The application for participation in the competition must contain:
1) for legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the name of the legal entity, its location, information on state registration (re-registration) as a legal entity, information on the heads and participants or shareholders of the applicant - legal entity, indicating the size of their share in the authorized capital (of the total amount of the authorized capital), information about the affiliated persons of the applicant:

5) obligations to conclude an agreement for temporary paid land use (lease) of an agricultural land plot for running a peasant or farm enterprise or agricultural production within three working days from the date of receipt of notification of the need to sign the specified agreement in case the applicant is recognized as the winner of the tender for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for running a peasant or farm enterprise, agricultural production.
The competitive bid must contain:
1) business plan (forecast volume of investments, area of cultivation of crops, livestock of farm animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, number of jobs created):
2) obligations for the preparation and development of a project for on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure:
3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
The competitive bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, bound with numbered pages, unless it is submitted through the e-government web portal.
The competitive bid is submitted by the bidder in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink in a stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified by: the participant's signature - for individuals (authorized person) and the signature of the first manager (or authorized person) and the seal (with her availability) - for legal entities, except for the cases of its submission through the web portal "electronic government".
The application and the competitive bid should not contain any insertions with lines, erasures or subscripts, except for those cases when the participant needs to correct grammatical or arithmetic errors.
In the closed envelope of the competitive bid, the inscription “Competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for running a peasant or farm enterprise, agricultural production” and “Do not open until ____ _____ year” (the exact date is indicated) is indicated.
