In total, in the Atyrau region, local executive bodies for 6 months of 2020 received 18 211 applications from individuals and legal entities, the Communications Service of the Atyrau region reports.
The number of applications from individuals and legal entities in the first six months of last year was 16,302. According to experts, quarantine has contributed to an increase in applications this year. Most of them are related to the provision of medical and social assistance, as well as issues of labor relations.
In addition, from March 1 of this year, a front office for the reception of citizens was opened in the region. All issues of citizens are quickly and efficiently considered here, for this comfortable conditions have been created for visitors, the office is fully equipped with the necessary equipment.
“Currently, the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considering the issue of opening a front office in the akimat of the city of Atyrau and districts in the format of a service akimat.
This, in turn, will help to listen to the requests and wishes of citizens, as well as provide them with the necessary consultations and explanations with the participation of competent persons,” Zhandos Bulekbayev, Head of the Department for Monitoring the Consideration of Appeals of the Akim's Office of the Atyrau region said.
