On making additions to the order
of the Head of the Office of the Akim of
Atyrau region from December 20,
2016 No. 536 "On approval of the
anti-corruption standard of the
Office of the Akim of Atyrau region"
In accordance with Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" I ORDER:
1. To add the following addition to the order of the head of the Office of the Akim of Atyrau region dated December 20, 2016 No. 536 "On approval of the anti-corruption standard of the Office of the Akim of Atyrau region":
in the Anti-corruption standard of the Office of the Akim of Atyrau region, approved by the specified order:
supplement paragraph 5-1 as follows:
"5-1. When preparing draft regulatory legal acts:
1) ensure a preliminary public discussion of draft regulatory legal acts if their content affects the rights and freedoms of citizens, including through discussion of projects at meetings of the Public Council, as well as posting projects on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts and the Internet resource of the Akimat;
2) be guided exclusively by the national interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) prevent the development of regulatory legal acts in order to derive benefits for themselves or third parties;
4) exclude discretionary powers and norms that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses."
