The receipt of electronic services was automated in the Atyrau region.
Many people know how much time it was often necessary to spend on obtaining this or that document, permission or approval, especially when obtaining a land plot or conducting construction. Some approvals required up to six months or more. Now, thanks to the “Digital Kazakhstan” program, the Portal of electronic services and services has been launched in Atyrau, the main goal of which is to reduce the time for rendering public services through digitalization and automation. This portal, located at www.eatyrau.kz, allows not only an applicant to apply for a service without leaving his home or office, but also fully automates the approval processes between state bodies and municipal organizations of the city. Thus, the time for sending documents and waiting for a response from each of them is reduced.
So, at the moment, almost all services in the field of land relations, architecture and urban planning have been automated. The most demanded of them is the receipt of architectural and planning assignments (APA), coordination of technical conditions for connection to utilities, draft designs, paperwork for a land plot, etc. The portal began its work in January of this year, and already more than 1000 applications have been submitted and processed electronically.
At any time, you have the opportunity to follow the progress of processing your application in your personal account. And each document is signed with an electronic digital signature, which gives it full legitimacy. The original document is always available at the address encrypted in the QR code on each page.
Each service has a description of the required documents, as well as a link to the standard of its provision. In addition, at this time, specially trained consultants of the Portal of services and services of the Atyrau region operate in the city's public service centers. They can advise on the application process, the necessary documents and the timing of receiving the service. And finally, on the Portal itself, all the necessary contacts are indicated for obtaining advice, submitting feedback and suggestions.
The creation of this portal became possible thanks to the work of the akimat of the Atyrau region to collect all the necessary data on land plots, allotments, engineering networks, etc. on the Geoportal of the Atyrau region. The same work was carried out in 2018 in the regional centers, and at the moment, work is beginning to connect all regional centers to this Portal. The plans also include work to further reduce the delivery time of services by optimizing and combining them.
