Yeleusinov Yerbolat Kulkhayevich  was born in 1961 on August 30 in the village of Kulsary, Zhylyoi district, Atyrau region. Nationality-Kazakh. Education-higher.

He graduated from the Khalel Dosmukhambetov University in 1995 with a degree in history and law.

Карьера

He began his career in 1978-1981 as a labor in the state farm "Kazakhstan".

1981-83 he worked as a trackman in the PCH-15.1983-85

he worked in the organization of railway communications as a signalman and dispatcher of the razezd.

1985-90-head of the auto club of farm № 2, then a projectionist of the rural house of culture.

1990-94-Deputy Director for economic affairs and history teacher of secondary school № 18 named after M.Satybaldiev.

In 1994, he was transferred to secondary school № 3.

1995-2006, he worked as the head of the school boarding school № 3.

Since February 9, 2006, akim of Kara Arna rural district, Shokpartogay village, Zhylyoi district.
