Departmentof Land Relations of Atyrau region

The department implements the state policy in the field of regulation of land relations in the region.

Preparation of proposals and draft decisions of the local executive body of the region on the provision of land plots for the purpose of subsoil use, construction (reconstruction) of main pipelines, facilities for the use of renewable energy sources, for industrial and innovative projects, the creation and expansion of specially protected natural territories of local importance, as well as for compulsory alienation of land plots for state needs in the discovery and development of a mineral deposit, for the construction (reconstruction) of trunk pipelines.

Preparation of proposals and draft decisions of the local executive body for the provision of land plots to state research organizations and their experimental farms, as well as seed farms and breeding plants, on the provision of land plots occupied by territorial waters for artificial construction. Determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots. Organization of land management and approval of land management projects. organization of the development of land zoning projects. Organization of land tenders (tenders, auctions). Compilation of land balance.
