In accordance with the Environmental code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007 No. 212, a number of public services are provided in the field of environmental protection.
One of them: "Issue of permits for emissions to the environment for objects of categories II, III and IV", "Issue of conclusions of the state environmental expertise for objects of categories II, III and IV".
To obtain a permit for emissions to the environment for objects of categories II, III and IV by the Department of state environmental expertise and issuing permits until October 1, 2020 www.elicense.kz the number of application materials received through the e-government web portal is 1,150, of which 977 were issued permits for emissions to the environment, 48 were refused to issue permits for emissions, and 75 were issued by the Department of state environmental expertise for category II, III and IV objects.
In 2020, the project Management Department held 71 public hearings. Of these, 12 public hearings in the form of an open meeting, 24-in the form of video conferences and 35 public hearings in the form of a survey.
