Social partnership at the regional level is provided in the form of interaction between the parties through the bodies of social partnership - the regional tripartite commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations.

A permanent regional commission is formed on the basis of the principles of obligatory participation of representatives of executive authorities, representatives of employers and employees in the activities of commissions, powers of the parties, parity representation of equality of parties and mutual responsibility of the parties.
