Today, in order to provide government measures to promote employment, the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017 - 2021 "Enbek" (hereinafter - the Program) is in force.

The Program provides for measures of state support in the following areas:

1) providing the participants of the Program with technical and vocational education and short-term vocational training;

2) development of mass entrepreneurship;

3) development of the labor market through the promotion of employment and labor mobility.
