Tasks:
coordination of activities on mobilization training and mobilization, civil protection, territorial defense, conscription of citizens for military service, interaction with law enforcement agencies and, within its competence, implementation of the activities of advisory bodies under the akimat.
Functions:
1) assistance to local military authorities in their work in peacetime and when declaring mobilization, participation in military-economic and command-staff exercises on the territory of the region;
2) the organization and carrying out of works on the military service book;
3) ensuring the implementation of a set of measures for the transfer of state bodies and organizations within the region to operate during the period of mobilization, martial law and in wartime;
4) ensuring the creation of special formations within the region and activities to perform tasks in the interests of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, special state bodies, as well as to ensure the smooth operation of the economy and the life of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan during mobilization, martial law and in wartime;
5) organization of development, coordination with the authorized body in the field of mobilization training, submission for approval to the akimat of the region of the mobilization plan of the region, as well as carrying out activities for mobilization training within the region;
6) providing the authorized body in the field of mobilization training with information on the production, financial, warehouse capabilities of organizations for establishing mobilization orders;
