Report on the types of public services provided in the rural district of Saphon for 2020
Developed on the basis of the Order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning No. 193 of June 25, 2013 "On approval of the Rules for the formation of a report on the activities of central state bodies, local executive bodies of regions, cities of Republican Significance, the Capital, districts, cities of regional significance, mayors of districts in the city, cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts on the provision of public services and its standard form".
By order of the acting Minister of Digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 31 January 2021 №39-NK "On approval of the register of public services" sm "Apparatus of Akim of the rural district of Savona" provides one kind of public services:
During the reporting period, 9 services were provided in the district.
- Providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home for children living in remote rural areas-9 services.
All services are provided in paper form and free of charge. There was no violation of the terms of service provision.
In a specially designated area of the district, a box is installed for accepting applications and complaints from service recipients.
At the end of 2020, there were no applications or complaints from service recipients. For the attention of service recipients, an information stand on the established standards and regulations for receiving public services and the procedure for their provision has been installed in the building of the akimat.
To promote, review and clarification of the receipt of public services to the residents, institutions and enterprises located on the territory of the district meetings were held, 26 March 2020, in connection with the announcement of a state of emergency throughout the Republic, the social network akimat "Facebook" was posted on the public services in electronic format.
In order to access the electronic form of receiving public services, a self-service corner equipped with a computer and printers of the latest model has been opened in the office of the akim of the Saphon rural district.
Residents of the district received 54/ fifty-four / electronic digital signatures in the past year 2020. Starting from 2020, the "Social Services Portal" was connected to the web portal of the "electronic government" to receive various public services for citizens with disabilities,in this regard, 13/ thirteen/ people of the district with disabilities received EDS.
Through the e-government web portal, 91/ninety-one/ services were provided for 7 / seven / types of public services.

Refusals to provide public services to the service recipient, violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of public services, violations of the terms of consideration were not registered, complaints about the quality of their provision were not received.
