The Akim's Office of the Baida Rural District, guided by Articles 5-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", by the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Combating Corruption dated October 19, 2016, No. 12 "On Approval of Model Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks", presents the following information
The office of the akim of Baida rural district, Kurmangazinsky district, Atyrau region works in accordance with the decree of the Akimat of Kurmangazinsky district No. 224 of 03.08.2015. The district has 6 full-time government employees. During the reporting period, 6 full-time civil servants work, of which 1 civil servant received another work leave for the second half of 2020.

In the work of the office of the akim of the rural district of Baida concerning the activities of regulatory legal acts during the internal analysis of corruption risks, discretionary powers and norms that contribute to the commission of an offense were not identified.
In accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2015 No. 198, the order of the Minister of Agriculture dated April 28, 2015 No. 3-2/378, the following public services are provided in the district:
In the second half of 2020, the office of the akim of the Baida rural district received 8 applications from individuals, 8 applications were satisfied. During the year, 10 applications were received, of which explanatory work was carried out on the 1st application, 9 applications were satisfied.
In the second half of 2020, 67 orders and 17 decisions were adopted. During the year, 121 orders and 33 decisions were adopted. In a designated area of the district building, a box for accepting applications is installed and the telephone number of the 6-15-35 helpline is indicated.
The facts of the conflict of interest is not detected. Employees of the akimat constantly take an active part in seminars and round tables related to the fight against corruption.
In order to prevent corruption offense in our district, it has been explained, distributed a memo on the topic "Today bribes collected, tomorrow the camera caught", "don't give, don't take Bribe", "GRP Adal, Adal Tr". On the creation of the project office "Atyrau Adaldyk Alany" in the building of the rural district, memos with data on this project are hung in a prominent place.
On October 29, 2020, round tables with civil servants on the topic of compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption legislation were held in the district, on November 13, 2020, seminars with representatives of the NUR OTAN party on the topic of prevention and suppression of corruption, prevention of corruption, prevention of offenses."
Within the framework of the Adal Komek project on November 20 and Antikor.Live on December 30, 2020, the akim of the Baida rural district made a live broadcast with a message about the work done to form an anti-corruption culture and materials were posted on the Facebook page.
According to the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks conducted by the akimat of the Bayda rural District, no discretionary powers and norms contributing to the commission of an offense were revealed.
