Information on conducting an internal anti-corruption analysis
The akim's rural district Birlik pursuant to articles 5-8 of the Law "On combating corruption", the Order of Chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption from 19.10.2016, №12 "On approval of model rules for conducting internal corruption risk analysis" provides the following information:
The office of the akim of the rural district of Birlik, Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region works in accordance with the decree of the Akimat of Kurmangazy district No. 532 of 06.11.2013. The district has 5 full-time government employees. During the reporting period, there are 5 full-time civil servants.
The office of the akim of the rural district of Birlik in its work is guided by the following normative legal acts:

In the work of the akim's rural district Birlik on activities of regulatory legal acts in conducting internal analysis of corruption risks of discretion and standards, contributing to the Commission of the offense is not revealed.
In accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2015 No. 198, the following public services are provided in the district:
In the second half of 2020, the office of the akim of the Birlik rural district received 4 applications from individuals. Of these, explanatory work was carried out on 3 applications, and 1 application was granted. In the second half of 2020, 65 orders and 21 decisions were adopted. In a specially designated area of the district building, there is a box for accepting applications, the helpline 3-13-59.
The facts of the conflict of interest is not detected. Employees of the Akimat constantly take an active part in seminars and round tables related to the fight against corruption.
In order to prevent corruption offenses in the enterprises of the district, explanatory works are carried out, memos on the topic "Para bersen-Zhazalanasyn" are distributed. On the creation of the project office "Atyrau Adaldyk Alany" in the building of the rural district, memos with data on this project are hung in a prominent place.
On November 03, 2020, a round table on the topic "Prevention and suppression of corruption"was organized with civil servants of the akim's office of the Birlik rural district.
On November 18, 2020, a meeting, consultation and explanatory work was held with a representative of the Nur Otan Party in order to prevent and prevent corruption.
No facts of conflict of interest were revealed.In accordance with the media plan for 2020 on the formation of an anti-corruption culture in Kurmangazy district, on June 18 of this year, an article entitled "We will not allow corruption" was published in the district newspaper "Serper"and on the Facebook page of the rural district of Birlik.
According to the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks conducted by the akimat of the Birlik rural District, no discretionary powers and norms contributing to the commission of an offense were revealed.
