State Institution "Akimat of the Safon Rural District", Kurmangazinsky district, Atyrau region operates in accordance with the resolution of the Akimat of Kurmangazinsky district No. 235 of September 1, 2020. There are 5 civil servants in the district. During the reporting period, there are 4 staff positions of civil servants, 1 of which is temporarily vacant from 05.10.2020 due to maternity leave.

In accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2015 No. 198, the following public services are provided in the district: 1. Issuance of a certificate on the provision of free transportation to general educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas. During the second half of 2020, 9 transportation services were provided. State services were provided on time, in accordance with the approved regulations and standards, no complaints were registered for citizens' requests for the provision of state services.For the first half of 2020, 54 orders and 21 decisions were adopted. In a specially designated place of the akimat building, a box for accepting applications, a hotline 3-34-80 is installed. In the second half of 2020, 8 applications were received from individuals to the Akim's office of Safon rural district. Out of them, explanatory work was carried out on 2 applications, 6 applications were satisfied. One application was received from legal entities, and explanatory work was carried out on it. No conflicts of interest were found. Civil servants of the akimat constantly take an active part in the seminars and round tables related to the topic of combating corruption.In order to prevent corruption offenses in organizations, enterprises located in the district and in the building of the district, explanatory work is carried out, leaflets on the topics "Truthfulness,decency, honesty "," Be honest, live honestly "," Honest help. " Explanatory work was carried out on the facts of identification of group offenses, where you can contact the call center number "1424". In connection with the creation of a project office "Atyrau adaldyk alagy" in the building of the rural district, in a conspicuous place there are leaflets with information about this project. On November 5, 2020, in connection with the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, observing sanitary and epidemiological standards, the staff of the akim's apparatus of the Safon rural district held a round table on the topic “No to a group!”, It sharply discussed issues of suppression, obsolescence and identification of co-group facts.
