Information on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region" II half of 2020.
According to article 7-8 of the law of Republic "On combating corruption" and decree of the Minister of civil service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19 October 2016 № 12 "On approval of Model rules for conducting internal analysis and risks", Department of Economics and Finance of Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region, provides the following information:
The district department carries out its activities in accordance with the resolution of the Akimat of Kurmangazinsky district No. 213 dated June 18, 2018 "On approval of the Regulations of the State institution of the Department of Economy and Finance of Kurmangazinsky district of Atyrau region»
In accordance with the resolution of akimat was dated November 21, 2018 №361 "On approval of the limit of staff numbers financed from the local budget Kurmangaziev district" staff number of the Department is 12 units, of which the actual number of -12 units.
There is no conflict of interest. There were no complaints from civil servants.
In carrying out its activities, the Department of Economics and Finance of the Kurmangazinsky district is guided by the following normative legal acts:

In sootvetstvii order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 6, 2014 № 72 "On approval of Rules of granting of measures of social support to specialists in the field of health, education, social welfare, culture, sport and agriculture, the state servants of akim's apparatus of villages, settlements, rural districts, arrived for work and accommodation at rural settlements" Department of Economics and Finance provides the following public services:
"Provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements".
According to the results of the second half of 2020, the department provided a total of 44 public services:
No violations of deadlines were detected in the provision of public services.
According to the results of the second half of 2020, the head of the department did not receive appeals from individuals and legal entities.
In the second half of 2020, the head was made of 172 orders, including: 19 - the granting of the leave, 19 - according to the budget Department, 53 - travel division staff, 16 - on the job, 65 - organization of work of the division.

The department prominently displays standards for the provision of public services.
Employees of the department constantly take part in seminars, round tables, as well as publish articles and participate in the campaign "Ozinnen basta" in the district newspaper "Serper".
Every year until March 31, civil servants of the department and their spouses submit a declaration of income and property.
To create an atmosphere of "perfect intolerance" in the building of the department there are signs "Giving a bribe deprives freedom and the future", "With every bribe you steal the dreams of our children".
During the analysis of the internal analysis to identify corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the department, the risks that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses were not identified.
