Information on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the State Institution "Kurmangazy District Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Atyrau Region" for the 1st half of 2020

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic "On Combating Corruption" and the order of the Minister for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "On Approval of the Model Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks" and the working group created on the basis of the order of the head of department No. 1 dated 01/05/2021 "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the department of entrepreneurship and tourism of the Kurmangazy district of the Atyrau region" conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks for the II half of 2020.
The analysis was carried out from 5 to 6 January 2021.
The district department carries out its activities in accordance with the resolution of the akimat of the Kurmangazin district of June 6, 2018 No. 195 "On approval of the Regulation of the state institution of the department of entrepreneurship and tourism of the Kurmangazin district of the Atyrau region."
In accordance with the resolution of the akimat "On approval of the staffing limit for those financed from the local budget of Kurmangazi district" the staffing of civil servants of the department is 3 units, of which the actual number is 3 units.
Annual labor leave is provided to 3 people.
There is no conflict of interest. There were no complaints from government officials.
In carrying out its activities, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Kurmangazinsky District is guided by the following regulatory legal acts:

At the end of the 1st half of 2020, no complaints were received from individuals and legal entities to the head of the department.
At the end of the 1st half of 2020, the head was accepted for the main job-23, for the personnel - 53 orders, of which: 4-on the provision of labor leave, 9-according to the budget of the department, 25-on the business trip of department employees, 4-on the admission to work, 3- about dismissal, 31- about the organization of the work of the department.
When adopting the orders, the norms of the Labor Code, the Budget Code and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
The department has a helpline 871233 2-06-38.
Every year, by March 31, civil servants of the department and their spouses submit a declaration of income and property.
At the end of the 1st half of 2020, no acts and proposals were received from the prosecutor's office, judicial and other supervisory authorities.
The district department does not carry out control functions.
In the course of the analysis of the internal analysis to identify corruption risks in the organizational and management activities of the department, the risks contributing to the commission of corruption offenses were not identified.
