On public services rendered in the Office of the Akim of the Safon rural district according to the results of 2022

It was developed on the basis of the order of the minister of Economy and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2013 No. 193 "on approval of the rules for the formation and submission of a report on the activities of central state bodies, regions, cities of Republican significance, the capital, districts, local executive bodies of cities of regional significance, akims of districts, cities of district significance, towns, villages, rural districts on the provision of public services and its standard form".

According to Order No. 301 dated 1.10.2020, 4 types of services are provided through the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Safon rural district".
1)acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests, auctions) :
- during the reporting period, no service was provided through the district office,
2) provision of land plots for the construction of objects within localities:
- during the reporting period, 3 services were rendered in paper form through the district office,
3) issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot:
- during the reporting period, 1 service was provided through the district office,
4) queuing for obtaining a land plot
- during the reporting period, 1 service was provided through the district office.
There were no services that were completed with a delay. At the same time, a box for complaints and opinions of service recipients is located in the building of the district Akim's office.
At the end of 2022, there were no complaints or complaints from service recipients.
Information stands of standards and regulations of public services are installed in the building to obtain information on the procedure for providing public services to service recipients.
Explanatory work was organized with the population on the promotion, explanation and use of Public Services, 2 articles on obtaining public services in 2022 were posted on the social page of the district "Facebook", 8 information on obtaining public services and providing public services.
In order to access electronic services, a self-service corner was opened in the Office of the Akim of Safon rural district, a computer, a camera, and a printer of the latest model were provided.
During 2022, residents of the rural district received 169/one hundred and sixty - nine/ electronic digital signatures, as well as 305/ three hundred and five/ services, 19/nineteen/ types through the e-government web portal.

The service recipient has not registered the facts of refusal to provide a public service, violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services, violation of the terms of consideration of public services, and no complaints have been received about the quality of its provision.
