The Department of transport and highways of Atyrau region provided 3 public services in 2019 (for 12 months) and 2020 (for 9 months) :
"Issuing a license for the right to engage in activities for the irregular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in
long-distance interregional, Interdistrict (long-distance
intra-regional) and international communications, as well as regular
transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in international traffic " - 2020 for 9 months issued-1 license. (refusal - 1).
Acceptance of documents and issuance of the results of the provision of public services are carried out through the web portal of "Electronic government" www.egov.kz, www.elincense.kz .
The terms of the public service: "Issuance of a license to engage in activities for the irregular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in long-distance interregional, Interdistrict (long-distance intraregional) and international messages, as well as regular transportation of passengers by buses, mini-buses in international traffic" since the documents are submitted by the applicant to the State Corporation, and turning to the portal:
- issuance of the license and (or) the application to the license – 5 (five) working days;
- renewal of the license and (or) the application to the license – 3 (three) business days;
- issue of a duplicate license and (or) an Appendix to the license – 2 (two) business days.
The state service is provided to individuals and legal entities:
1) issuing a license on a paid basis;
2) issue of the application to the license on a free basis.
The license fee is paid to the local budget at the rate of the fee established by The code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax code)" and is:
1) for the issuance of a license – a three-time monthly calculation index valid on the day of payment of the fee;
2) for renewal of the license – 10 % of the rate when issuing the license;
3) for issuing a duplicate license – 100 % of the rate when issuing a license.
Payment of the license fee is carried out in cash and non-cash forms through second-tier banks, organizations that carry out certain types of banking operations or through the payment gateway of the "electronic government" (hereinafter – PSHEP).
"Issuance of certificates for the right to operate self-propelled small vessels" - 2020 - 118 certificates were issued for 9 months (8 of them were refused).
Acceptance of applications for public services is carried out through the non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation" Governments for citizens "and the web portal "e-government" www.egov.kz .
Term of rendering the state service " Issue of certificates for the right to operate self-propelled small vessels» :
issuance of a certificate for the right to operate a self-propelled small vessel–3 (three) working days from the date of successful passing of the exam;
issuance of a duplicate certificate for the right to operate a self-propelled small vessel – 2 (two) working days from the date of delivery of the package of documents;
issuance of a certificate for the right to operate a self-propelled small vessel in case of expiration of the previously issued certificate – 3 (three) working days from the date of delivery of the package of documents;
The state service is provided free of charge to individuals.
The list of documents required for the provision of public services when the service recipient applies – an Application, a certificate of the course for training boatmasters with self-propelled small vessels, a medical certificate in the form U083, a photo in the size of 2.5*3.5 cm.
