A meeting was held in the Isatay district Akimat to explain changes and additions to the Labor Code and electronic registration of employment contracts.
At the meeting organized by the Employment Center, state labor inspectors Samal Ubigalieva and Zhanyl Sergeevna, in accordance with the plan, explanatory work was carried out with the heads and employees of state and partially equivalent institutions, employees of private enterprises and organizations on the amendments and additions made to the Labor Code and the registration of employment contracts in electronic format.
- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2020 No. 321-VI "On Amendments and additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on social Security issues" made additions and amendments to a number of articles of the Labor Code and on May 16, 2020 the law came into force .
In this regard, during the explanatory work with the akimat of the Isatay district, the participants of the meeting received answers to their questions on labor relations.
