In the field of atomic energy use, the Committee conducted 35 unscheduled inspections. As a result of the conducted inspections, 26 violations were identified, and 26 administrative offense reports were issued, totaling 6,856,501 tenge. In addition, 30 preventive controls without visiting the supervised entities (sites) were carried out to assess compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the accounting of ionizing radiation sources. Based on the results of these activities, 5 recommendations were issued to eliminate identified violations in the accounting of ionizing radiation sources.
