In order to reduce the level of youth unemployment, assist in employment and vocational guidance, trainings are conducted on the basis of the TIME TO CHANGE project “School for the Development of Professional and Personal Skills of Youth” for young people.
Since July, online courses for young people have been held weekly, the purpose of which is to overcome internal barriers to employment, acquire communication skills and self-presentation in an interview, trainings on the basics of entrepreneurship and many other topics. At the end of each training, certificates are issued.
Every quarter, Job Fairs are held for undergraduates, graduates of educational organizations, as well as young people looking for work. The meaning of the fair: for applicants - an opportunity to find a worthy place of work, for representatives of organizations - to select qualified personnel.
Organizations such as Rocket Project, Samruk-Kazyna Corporate University , Nurbank JSC, Tsesna Astyk Concern LLP, Solaks Hotel Management Company LLP, Bank CenterCredit ", Republican State Enterprise" National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan "and many others.
In order to involve marginalized youth in social activity, consultation meetings for youth are held with the participation of representatives of local executive bodies.
The purpose of these events is to inform citizens about the state programs currently being implemented, support youth and provide advice on specific issues for city residents.
The social project "TOM: Nur-Sultan" Makeaton is being carried out - a 72-hour marathon in which inventors, developers, engineers and doctors (makers) develop devices to make the life of people with disabilities (need knowers) easier.
