In accordance with Clause 5 of the Rules for Subsidizing Energy Producing Organizations for the Acquisition of Fuel for the Uninterrupted Heating Season, approved by the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2017 № 309, the State Institution «Astana City Energy Department» announces the acceptance of applications from energy-producing organizations for the acquisition of fuel for the uninterrupted heating season of 2026-2027 from August 24 to September 7, 2026.

According to paragraph 5 of the Rules of subsidizing energy-producing organizations for the purchase of fuel (approved by the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 309 dated September 13, 2017), "Department of Fuel and Energy Complex and Municipal Economy of Astana city" announces the acceptance of applications of energy-producing organizations for the purchase of fuel for the for the first half of 2023 for uninterrupted smooth running of the heating season from 14 October 2022 to 21 October 2022.
